Came in with my wife to purchase a foot long and a 6 inch. Had over 75 points on my subway card so I could purchase my foot long tuna with 75 points. My wife had a coupon for the 6 inch. The young lady didn't not know how to apply the coupon and just kept saying I don't know how to do it and that she was not taught. She kept telling me my total is 6.75 for a 6 inch and I told her I have a coupon over and over. She finally called her boss and figured out how to apply the coupon. The offer is on their receipts too. I don't understand why the employees are not taught. I then wanted to purchase the footlong with my points and she kept saying the card is declining. I told her over and over that I do not have money on the card all I want is to use my points. She said again I wasn't taught and I do not know how to do it. I just went ahead and paid for it because it made me very frustrated and she seemed like a new employee . I love subway and all the locations in Plano, TX are awesome and know how to use the points properly. This is by far the most frustrating experience I've had with subway. Please train the employees at this location more.
